Recruiter

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Collaboration and Relationship Management:
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and establish interview panels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to enhance the recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to VP HR.

Candidate Experience:

• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate effectivelywith candidates regarding their application status and provide feedback asneeded.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Compliance and Best Practices:

• Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Recruitment for Manufacturing Site:

• Develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet the unique staffing needs of our manufacturing site.
• Collaborate with manufacturing managers to identify and fill critical positions in production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational roles.
• Conduct site visits (1-2 times a week) to promote our manufacturing opportunities.

Data and Analytics:

• Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience as aRecruitment Manager in a similar role, preferably within a defense or high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to workindependently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding ofemployment laws and regulations.
• Willingness to travel to the manufacturing site and other locations as needed.
