FP&A Business Partner

We are looking for an FP&A Business Partner to join our team!

BioProtect Ltd is a leading medical start up in radiation protection technology. We offer spacers protecting healthy tissue during radiation oncology treatments, based on proprietary biodegradable balloon technology. The balloons suit a wide range of clinical applications in the fields of oncology and general surgery. The company’s first product, the BioProtect Balloon Implant, protects healthy tissue in patients undergoing radiation therapy for prostate cancer.

The opportunity:

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the company’s leadership, planners, and reporters, supporting decision-making through data and insights. As the business partner to the Sales and Marketing (S&M) team, you will collaborate with various departments, including Finance, Operations, IT, IS, BI, and more, to ensure data and reporting needs are met. Additionally, you will guide the development of new business processes and analytical models to drive strategic growth.

In this position you will be asked to:

• Support the S&M team’s planning process by establishing solid financial foundations, aligning business strategies, and ensuring operational coherence with the organization’s financial goals and core objectives
• Develop financial/budgetary thinking throughout the managerial chain.
• Establish internal reporting processes and collaborate with teams to automate and streamline reporting.
• Manage all debt collection from customers in the U.S
• Deliver clear financial reports (e.g., QBR, BVA, continuous planning, departmental metrics) and assist in defining and refining key operational metrics.
• Extract and communicate actionable business insights to leadership.
• Provide leadership with key insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Identify necessary changes to the financial backend due to new initiatives and ensure their implementation by working closely with financial teams.
• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with the S&M leadership team.

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in business partnering, financial analysis, and planning roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, MBA is an advantage
• Experience with Priority and BI
• English – very high level
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
• Experience in a global manufacturing company is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proactive thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, rally stakeholders toward a goal, and drive results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
