Legal Counsel

Viola Credit is a global credit asset manager focused on the innovation economy. Our rapidly growing team of 30+ is based out of three office Tel Aviv, London and New York. Key Responsibilities:

• Global Legal Oversight: Lead all legal aspects of Viola Credit’s activities worldwide.
• Fund Formation: Lead the structuring and formation of various funds managed by Viola Credit.
• Lending Activity: Managing the legal dimensions of Viola Credit’s lending activity, including credit facilities with borrowers.
• Compliance: Responsibility for Viola Credit’s compliance with regulatory requirements across all relevant jurisdictions. Address regulatory changes and implement necessary compliance measures.

Requirements:

• English as a first language speaker
• 3-6 years of experience in banking and finance or international departments of a top-tier law firm.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
