Nommerus Hedge Funds has been managing an AI-based hedge fund in the Israeli market for 5 years and is now expanding into additional markets such as the US Equity Market.

Our hedge fund venture seeks an experienced and versatile Full Stack developer proficient in front-end technologies such as Vue, AWS Cloud technologies, and scripting using python.

This position is initially for equity until the first investment is raised.

This is an opportunity to join a company at the front end of financial technologies in its early development stage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-end and backend technologies in the company
• Take ownership of the current internal portal and external websites based on Vue and Quasar technologies and suggest changes and improvements as needed
• Take ownership of all the current Data collection processes in the company and suggest improvements in managing and collecting the data
• Create a solid set of processes for managing our current full-stack code
• Initiate improvements in our technological stack
• Work with our lead Data Scientist and CEO to create state-of-the-art technologies to support the company’s mission

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in full stack development in Vue or similar

- BSc degree in Computer Science/mathematics or similar

- Passion for solving complex problems

- Creative thinker

- Great coding skills in multiple languages & and web technologies and the ability to write clean, clear, and production-ready code

- Experience in owning a complex web application

- Experience in owning backend scripts in Python

- Ability to work independently when needed with limited resources

- Background knowledge in the equities market and knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis an advantage

- Experience in working in a Fintech startup environment is an advantage
