?We are seeking a QA and Automation Tech Lead who has grown from a strong automation background and is ready to take on a professional leadership role. This position involves managing and mentoring a QA and Automation team, working closely with Full Stack teams, and actively participating in hands-on (HO) work

.The role includes matrix management, requiring collaboration across various departments to drive cross-functional projects that align with organizational goals

Responsibilitie

• s:Serve as the Tech Lead, overseeing the QA team from a professional standpoint, guiding their technical development and ensuring best practices within an Agile environmen
• t.Strategically plan, develop, and implement manual and automated testing processe
• s.Develop and maintain automation testing infrastructure, ensuring integration with Full Stack team
• s.Work directly with development, product management, and technical support teams to identify, analyze, and resolve issue
• s.Create and manage test reports, documenting findings and defect
• s.Actively participate in hands-on testing and automation task
• s.Continuously enhance and streamline testing and automation processe
