What Will You Do?

As a member of our finance team, reporting directly to the company accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate financial records and managing customer and debtor accounts.
• Handling banking transactions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Assisting with budget preparation, financial forecasts, and payroll processing as needed.
• Providing financial support and insights to management and other departments.

Who Are You?

• A proven bookkeeper with at least 3 years of experience in an international team within a global company.
• Proficient in maintaining precise financial records, tracking invoices, reconciling accounts, and processing payroll.
• Experienced with accounting software (Priority is a plus).
• Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and adaptable to change.
• Service-oriented, efficient, self-driven, and a strong team player.

What Qualifications Are We Looking For?

• Bookkeeper diploma (Type 2 mandatory; Type 3 is an advantage).
• Proficiency in accounting software is essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English.
