Group Reward Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Employee Share Plan, including grant, vesting, and exercise of options/RSU.
• Ensure accurate recording and processing of share transactions in the payroll systems (several countries).
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage share plan data, including finance, legal, tax, and external plan administrators.
• Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure the seamless integration of share plan data into payroll processing.
• Handle the tax and social security implications of share plan transactions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll reports related to share plan transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of share plan processes and procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of share plan administration.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or related field, with a focus on employee share plans, equity compensation, or payroll.
• Experience managing or administering Employee Share Plans (ESPs) or equity compensation programs across multiple jurisdictions is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of share plan administration, including grant, vesting, and exercise of options/RSUs.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work well within a team, especially in coordinating with cross-functional groups.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and reporting tools.
