We are looking for a Cloud Ops Team Leader to join us.

The company supplies comprehensive solutions for complex Cloud and IT environments: Azure, Hybrid, On Premise, etc. We are looking for a people-oriented person who is a team player to join our truly special family.

Job description

As Microsoft’s provider, we supply our customers with Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program (CSP). The program is designed to provide Microsoft’s public Cloud subscriptions such as Azure, Office365, and Microsoft’s security solutions.

The Support Engineer installs, implements, configures, and supports systems in Cloud and hybrid environments.

As a Team Leader, you will lead the team and support customers in diverse fields of knowledge and services such as:

• Azure, Hybrid, On Premise infrastructures.

• Microsoft Security infrastructures.

• Office 365 Services.

• Operation systems (Windows, Linux).

• Writing automation processes & deployment.

Professional requirements

Must

• 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead, especially in support teams.
• Experience in the IT/Cloud industry, understanding infrastructure components.
• Proven people leadership or tech leadership skills.
• Self-learner, with the ability to take on new technologies, research, and implement new solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, an unwavering commitment to quality, a collaborative work ethic, and cutting-edge coding skills.
• Collaborative team player who can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills - Hebrew & English.
• Initiative, results-oriented, process-oriented, independent, and self-motivated.
