Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Tel Aviv-Yafo for a Jira Administrator at matrix DevOps. The Jira Administrator will be responsible for managing Jira projects, workflows, configurations, and user permissions. They will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize Jira to meet project needs, and provide user support and training. The Jira Administrator will also be involved in integrating Jira with other tools in the DevOps ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Jira Administration, including project setup, workflow customization, and user management
• Experience with integrating Jira with other tools like Confluence, Bitbucket or JSM.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and how they are implemented in Jira
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications such as Atlassian Certified Professional or similar are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
