The company provides comprehensive solutions and managed services for complex Cloud and IT environments: Azure, Hybrid, On Premise, etc. We are looking for a people-oriented person who is a team player to join us!
Job description
You will lead our Account Managers team who is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with their assigned accounts portfolio as well as our Internal Sales and Junior Account Executives who are signing new unassigned accounts . Your goal would be to hire, train and lead our team into reaching their goals and maximizing their personal and professional potential.
The position includes:
- Build, lead, and mentor a sales team to exceed individual and team quotas.
- Build a high-performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
- Cultivate an environment that encourages continuous growth, learning, and high performance.
- Establish, monitor, and manage KPIs to track and enhance sales performance.
- Managing complex Enterprise relationships as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, as well as managing a few strategic accounts independently.
- Engaging with customers regularly: presenting periodic business reviews, managing escalations, and conducting regular check-ins to ensure customer health.
- Serving as the voice of the customers internally, representing their needs and/or challenges to our different tech departments.

- Good communications, presentation and interpersonal skills that thrive on a leader’s responsibility.
- Strong executive presence, comfortable with presenting and dealing with decision-makers.
- Accountable, results-oriented, self-learner, process-oriented and self-motivated.
Professional requirements
Must
- Experience of 5+ years as a B2B Enterprise Account Manager. Proven track record of managing complex enterprise accounts in IT/Cloud/Cyber space.
- Experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Experience in handling multiple types of services/products/solutions.
- Experience in using CRM and Office applications.
- High level English – reading, writing, speaking.
Advantage
- Previous experience as a team lead.
- Familiarity with complex products and technologies (preferably IT, virtualization, or AI tech)
- Relevant academic education.
- Relevant Certifications.
- Recommendations from previous employers, customers and partners.
