Marketing Graphic Designer

JamesAllen.com is looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join its Herzliya-based marketing team. They will join the Design team, responsible for assisting in designing and refreshing web assets, landing pages, splash pages, and key marketing elements of JamesAllen.com.

This dynamic role reports to the Art Director.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in designing email marketing, Ads, and refreshing web assets, landing pages, splash pages, and critical marketing elements of JamesAllen.com.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams daily.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final file and assets hand-over.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Understand the user’s perspective and apply it to your content.
• Manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
• Research and consider cultural differences for our target audiences, American eCommerce.
• Design experiences and ad creatives for our marketing channels: Social, Search, Display, etc.

Who You Are

• Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or art (an advantage in graphic design).
• 2+ years of experience as a marketing designer for internet-based companies.
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver with a strong sense of detail.
• Understanding modern web technologies and web standards, including browsers and mobile devices.
• Strong Expertise in: Photoshop; XD; Figma etc`
• Team player.
• Ability to handle and prioritize the high amount of requirements individually.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in the marketing field of the American eCommerce industry is a bonus.
