System Integration Team Leader

NoTraffic is an emerging startup in the smart mobility field, with technology that integrates complex hardware and software. The System Integration team ensures the proper and aligned usage of all processes delivered from R&D to the field across all platforms and devices. As the Team Leader, you will lead this team and collaborate closely with all other R&D teams, from the design process to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Continuous Integration (CI) Maintenance, Stability, and Infrastructure:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the CI infrastructure, including cloud and hardware components, ensuring reliable and efficient integration processes.
• Oversee the unified build infrastructure, supporting seamless integration and deployment across teams.
• Monitor and optimize CI pipelines, addressing issues impacting stability or performance.

2. Automation Testing and Quality Monitoring:

• Manage a team of automation engineers to design and implement automated testing frameworks, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Develop and maintain systems for quality and coverage alerts to identify and address potential issues early.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure effective testing and high-quality software releases.

3. Delivery Quality and Release Management:

• Lead the platform qualification and release process, ensuring all software deliveries meet high standards of performance and reliability.
• Actively participate in the design process to ensure quality is built into every software feature.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align delivered products with customer requirements and expectations.

Your Day-to-Day will include:

• Design, implement, and maintain the CI infrastructure, ensuring stability and efficiency.
• Oversee unified build infrastructure to support seamless integration and deployment.
• Lead the creation and execution of automated testing frameworks, focusing on comprehensive coverage and quality monitoring.
• Define and enforce cross-R&D quality-related requirements to maintain consistent standards.
• Manage the platform qualification and release processes, ensuring high-quality software deliveries.
• Participate actively in software feature design to embed quality from the outset.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software deliveries with customer needs.
• Lead and mentor a team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

You’d Be a Good Fit If You Have:

• Proven leadership experience, and experience building teams
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages relevant to infrastructure automation (Python, Bash)
• Good familiarity with Linux
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (advantageous)
• Proven experience in designing and implementing infrastructure for automation systems
• Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and security (advantageous)
• Experience with hardware devices (advantage)
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience in managing a team
