Job responsibilities:

• Managing transactions within merger and acquisition activities.
• Inputting transaction data into a dedicated Excel file.
• Preparing financial instructions for shareholders/employees + calculating tax liability and net proceeds.
• Generating reports for internal company interfaces.
• Producing reports for companies according to contact persons' requirements.
• Working with multiple interfaces, both in Israel and abroad.

Requirements:

• BA in financial field.
• High level of English (reading and writing)
• Excellent Excel skills and proven experience working in Excel.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Self-learning ability.
