Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Layher Israel in Ashdod. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, presenting solutions to customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring project fulfillment.

Understanding and passion for the construction industry, construction project structure and processes as well as customers and contractors in the field.

 The daily activity includes visits to the construction sites and activity sites of our customers, visits to the companies' offices and mainly in the field. 

A good and in-depth technical understanding, the ability to study independently and a passion for the construction industry are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of work experience in B2B sales or business development. Emphasis on field sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with the construction industry. 
• Engineering background . Such as: engineer or building engineer
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
