Project Manager Scrum Master

Role Description:

• Manage and coordinate complex projects with development teams, clients, and partners locally and abroad.
• Lead Scrum teams, manage sprints and ensure goals are met.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with remote teams abroad and coordinate across different time zones.

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience managing technological projects in an Agile environment.
• Deep understanding of Scrum processes and project management methodologies.
• Experience working with international and remote teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• High proficiency in English, with a preference for Ukrainian speakers.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic and challenging environment.
