Head of Design

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven, and visionary Head Of Design to join us on our mission to tackle the core challenges that business leaders face in making more profitable decisions with greater ease. This role goes beyond traditional software design—it requires leading a wave of innovation that transcends the usual SaaS model. You'll work closely with some of the brightest minds in the industry to build impactful solutions that redefine how businesses operate.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and execute a design vision that aligns with Clarity’s mission and business strategy, driving forward a new way of thinking about software products and their impact on business operations.
• Take full ownership of the design process, from ideation and strategy to execution and delivery, ensuring all outputs are aligned with our overall business goals.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of talented designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Work alongside the CEO, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design strategy aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct design research, usability testing, and customer feedback sessions to continuously improve the user experience and validate design decisions.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive Design System that supports a consistent and engaging user experience across all platforms.
• Transform abstract business workflows into intuitive, well-designed solutions that effectively address customer pain points and create value.

Your Experience

• 7+ Years of experience in Managing UX/UI design, with a strong focus on leading and managing design teams.
• 3+ Years of experience in managing a design team in a Startup growth phase.
• Proven track record of designing user-centric solutions that solve complex business problems.
• Expertise in UX research, usability testing, and data-driven design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to design for both users and business goals.
• Experience in developing and managing Design Systems to ensure a cohesive user experience across all products.
• Exceptional ability to balance a pixel-perfect eye for detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in an agile work environment.
