**Job Description:**

As a BI Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for managing data enrichment processes and transferring all data to the data lake and research lab. Your key responsibilities will include understanding business processes, identifying internal and external data sources, defining the required information, and overseeing data transfer processes, data quality control, and optimization. You will work closely with modeling and BI teams to deliver impactful insights.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage data enrichment processes and data transfer to data lakes and research environments.

- Understand business processes and identify data sources.

- Define required information and oversee data transfer, quality control, and optimization processes.

- Collaborate with BI and modeling teams to ensure data integrity and quality.

- Assist in maintaining high standards of data quality and completeness.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI systems analysis.

- At least 3 years of experience in defining and developing ETL processes.

- Proficient in building ERD data structures and establishing relationships between tables.

- Experience with databases such as Oracle and SQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and topics simultaneously.

- Experience working with complex systems and integrating multiple different systems.

- Strong organizational vision and ability to understand complex organizations.

- Experience with version control systems like GIT and TFS.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-learning capability, diligence, and proactivity.

- Knowledge and experience in BI methodologies, data warehousing, and the data domain.

- Experience managing technical data teams.

- Familiarity with cloud-based methodologies, including hybrid operations with on-premises solutions.

- Knowledge and experience in data cataloging and cloud-based BI development.

- Background in software development is a plus.
