An HFT Algo Trading Company located in Tel-Aviv, comprised  of experienced industry professionals working on redefining Algo Trading is looking for:

C++ Software Engineer

The Software Engineer will play a critical role in developing and optimizing our high-performance systems. Specializing in C++ for core system development and integration tasks, this position requires a blend of technical proficiency. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating scalable, real-time, low-latency systems.

Key Requirements:

With at minimum expertise 5+ years in R&D. 

Out of it Minimum 5 years Expertise in Backend/Software Engineer as C++ developer.

• Expertise in standards C++17 or above.
• Excellent C++ experience Specializing in C++ for core system development and integration tasks.
• Boost Libraries Expertise: Strong proficiency in using Boost libraries for C++ programming, enhancing code portability and performance across different platforms.
• A good Understanding of design patterns
• Knowledge of build systems such as CMake and Make.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Bachelor degree in engineering / computer science or equivalent working experience. master degree is a plus

Any out of the following is a big plus:

• Working on low latency systems 
• Strong Linux knowledge, including command-line operations and optimizations
• WebSocket Technology: Experience with WebSocket technology for implementing real-time data streaming and communication in trading systems.
• real time massage queues
• Strong experience with python or Rust.
• Financial APIs and Protocol Interfaces: Familiarity with financial APIs and protocol interfaces (e.g., FIX), crucial for integrating various trading platforms and data sources.
• Experience in writing and executing unit tests.
• Experience with multithreading and multitasking concepts.
• Experience in Trading or Fintech: While not mandatory, experience in the trading or fintech sector will be considered a significant plus.
• Familiarity with Docker , AWS and Microservices Architecture: Experience with Docker and Amazon Web Services (AWS) is highly valued, though not required. Proficiency in developing and managing microservices-based applications. Implementing Solutions using Databases and Caching: Experience in applying solutions using technologies like Redis, MongoDB, etc.
