Research and Development Group Manager

We are seeking an R&D Group Manager to lead full-stack teams (including outsource) in developing large-scale user-facing products. You will define team structures, establish new teams, promote and recruit members. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards, selecting core technologies, and ensuring alignment within and across R&D divisions.

Responsibilities

• :Manage and build a group of full-stack engineers developing customer-facing products

DRequirements

• :10+ years experience in R&D roles, 5-6 years as an R&D TL or Group Manager of 10+ sized team
• sWillingness and patience to mentor and share your wisdom & experience and be open to learn from others
• .3+ years experience in frontend development with the following frameworks\tools

• p3+ years experience in backend development (#C, ASP.NET) – Must
