Customer Support Representative – Front Desk (Full Shift Coverage)

Location: Tel Aviv

Salary: Starting at ₪47/hour, with a raise after 3 months

We’re looking for a warm, service-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our front desk team at an AIRBNB vacation rental in Tel Aviv.

Shifts:

• Morning: 07:00–15:00
• Evening: 15:00–23:00
• Night: 23:00–07:00
• (Shift flexibility and weekend availability are required.)
• Role Responsibilities:
• Assisting guests with digital check-in forms and verifying pre-arrival information
• Greeting guests, handing over keys, and explaining the check-in process
• Providing recommendations and assisting with restaurant and activity bookings in Tel Aviv
• Offering support via phone, WhatsApp, or in person for guest questions or requests
• Handling minor complaints and service issues with empathy and professionalism
• Supporting the reservations team and updating records in Optima PMS
• General front desk tasks and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at all hours

Requirements:

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Basic knowledge of Hebrew; other languages are a plus
• Strong computer literacy (Word, email, forms, and general system use)
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a major advantage
• Friendly, patient, and professional with a strong service mindset
• Ability to stay calm and resourceful during guest issues or high-pressure moments
