We are looking for a friendly, courteous, and responsible front desk and customer service representative to join our team and assist in providing excellent service to our clients.
We seek candidates with strong interpersonal communication skills, full proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing), conversational Hebrew, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to work in shifts.
The role includes: regular communication with guests before arrival, during their stay, and after, responding to inquiries via email, chat, phone, and in person, welcoming guests upon arrival, and handling any needs that arise during their stay, including billing and payment processing.
A full-time/part-time position is available with morning, evening, or night shifts (with the possibility of evening/night shifts only), including weekends and holidays. It is suitable for students as well.
