About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Analysis & Data Team Manager to lead our analytics team in the e-commerce and digital marketing fields.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing data analysis, generating insights, and driving strategic decisions that enhance our clients' digital marketing efforts and e-commerce performance.

This role requires strong leadership skills, deep analytical expertise, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading the analysis team and assigning them to different projects and deliveries.
• Responsibility for defining KPI's, building reports, dashboards, and measure support tools by needs.
• Development of statistical models and production of business conclusions, reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Owning and improving the algorithm and data accuracy
• Utilize business analysis techniques to understand and document business processes, requirements, and objectives.
• Develop insights and recommendations based on consumer behavior analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred
• At least five years of experience as Analysis with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results
• Experience working with big data sets and big data systems
• High analytical abilities, SQL and Excel at -high level
• Good interpersonal skills, employee retention and encourage success
• Familiarity with BI tools to build dashboards and reports for the organization
