Phytech is a leading Ag-Tech company dedicated to Optimizing Agricultural Decision making and Monitoring.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Controller to join its dynamic finance team in Israel. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the financial management and reporting processes of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple legal entities.

Job Responsibility

• Take part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparing required financial statements and ongoing interactions with external accountants for our subsidiaries.
• Take part in economic analyzies including Actual vs. Budget and Unit Economics, revenue recognition, expense analysis, inventory, and cost accounting, across several legal entities.
• Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Provide periodical management reporting packages and reporting and analysis as needed internally and externally to our investors, auditors, etc.
• Develop and implement efficient financial processes to optimize the team's activities and provide quality services to our stakeholders.
• Work with the company's external auditors and other consultants during interim and annual audits and ongoing issues as needed.
• Support accounting and finance-related projects as needed.
• Job requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting - a MUST
• Qualified CPA
• Accounting firm experience of 3-4 years – 1 of the big 4 is an - advantage
• Prior experience of 2-3 years supporting hi-tech companies
• Excellent relationships & level of service
• Independent
• Proficient English level
• Successful in dynamic, fast moving work environment
• Work experience with international subsidiaries - advantage
