Junior SDR

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior SDR to join our dynamic team. As a Junior SDR, you will work closely with the sales teams, and support the company's sales efforts.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and cold-messaging.
• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
• Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook

Preferred background & Qualifications:

Proficient in utilizing CRM systems, lead generation tools, and data analytics platforms.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract meaningful insights.

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Understanding of Web3 concepts, blockchain technology, and the cybersecurity landscape, is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.

English level- high proficiency, is a must.
