Dialog, a leading and established technological recruitment company specializing in the Israeli high-tech market, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for an entry-level position in technology recruitment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Outreach to potential candidates and performing 'matching' for positions in various technological fields, including software, hardware, and more.
• Active management of open positions, including presenting job opportunities to potential candidates and referring them.
• Screening and sorting resumes.
• Collaborating with recruitment teams (Recruitment Coordinators, Sourcing Team, etc.).

Requirements:

• BA in Social Sciences or Human Resources.
• Up to one year of experience in recruitment, tele-sales, or customer service.
