FP&A Business Partner

We’re looking for a sharp analytical mind to join our growing FP&A team.

You will be part of the Corporate FP&A team: lead financial business models, perform business analysis, monitor KPIs, manage the commission plans and be a key contributor to the FP&A team.

We are seeking candidates that are analytical, responsible, independent & initiators, with great interpersonal skills and who love working in a dynamic environment.

What will you do?

• Become a true thought partner for senior management supporting them with business insights, high-quality deliverables & recommendations.
• Lead business model, financial forecast, KPIs and strategic planning.
• Become involved in the day-to-day business and provide business leaders with ongoing financial reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Create dashboards & effective tools while analyzing large data sets.
• Support the preparation of financial reporting packages and presentations used by senior leadership.

Job Requirements:

• BA in Economics / Accounting or any equivalent field. MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within a similar role in a global hi-tech company.
• Ad-Tech experience – a significant advantage.
• Independent with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solver with the ability to drill down to the details as well as see the large picture.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment.
• High-level proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint – Mandatory.
• Experience in Tableau – a significant advantage.
• Team player
• Fluent English
