Bookkeeper

Location: Beit HaEmek (north district) *we work from office*

Scope: Full time

Reporting to: Financial Controller

6-month maternity leave replacement with possibility of extension

We׳re looking for a highly motivated Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The bookkeeper will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and financial transactions of our Israeli site. The holder of this position must be a responsible, independent professional Bookkeeper, a team player who can work in a fast-growing Company and able to deliver on strict timelines.

Responsibilities:

• AP cycle management: record bills, prepare payments and reconciliations.
• Continuous communication with vendors
• Month-end close process: prepare the trial balance and working papers for the monthly closing of the company books
• Perform general finance duties and ad-hoc special projects.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in the bookkeeping process. In a Hi-Tech company - advantage
• High-level English
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge with ERP systems, NetSuite – an advantage
• Team player with great interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Highly organized and reliable with attention to details
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
