We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Financial IT Solutions to lead the development and implementation of innovative financial, service, and retail solutions for Israel Post and Israel Post Bank. This role involves translating business requirements into technological solutions, leading solution design processes, and provide to our business units proffesional solutions.

• Lead Development & Implementation: Drive the development and execution of financial, service, and retail solutions.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technological solutions.
• Lead solution design processes.
• Develop systems that align with business unit needs.
• Establish enabling technological infrastructures, including integration frameworks for partnerships and innovation.
• Initiate Projects & Lead Technological Innovation.
• Collaborate with Business Units: Define, prioritize, and integrate business requirements into annual and quarterly work plans.
• Manage End-to-End Implementation: Oversee the execution of projects in collaboration with IT department heads.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Manage development processes, external vendor relationships, and internal development teams.
• Customer Journey Management: Design and lead processes to improve and transform customer experiences.

• Strong business background with the ability to understand and define complex business processes.
• Deep technological understanding in the financial and retail domains.
• Ability to perform analysis and characterization, approve technical documents, and translate business requirements into technological solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of banking solutions, regulation, account management, credit, money transfers, foreign currency, online payments, and retail.
• Excellent communication skills with senior business stakeholders and IT peers.
• Experience in budget management, work plan development, and matrix-style project management.
• Strong collaboration skills with business units to provide creative solutions for dynamic needs.
• Leadership skills that combine a broad vision with problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing external vendors and development teams.
• Service-oriented with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – Required.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within large financial or retail organizations, or at least 5 years in smaller technological or financial/retail organizations – Required.
• Experience in leading the development and implementation of financial technology solutions: core banking systems, banking clearing, money transfers, anti-money laundering, credit and prepaid cards – Significant Advantage.
• Experience in leading the development and implementation of retail advanced solutions, focusing on POS, QFLOW queue management, and end stations – Significant Advantage.
• Experience in leading the development and implementation of solutions for customer care and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce – Significant Advantage.
• Familiarity with open banking and integration with fintech – Advantage.
• Familiarity with integration platforms and interfaces with MF – Advantage.
• Knowledge of digital financial and retail applications – Advantage.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-organizational projects and working with external vendors.
• Experience managing technological projects with external vendors.

אנו מחפשים מנהל תחום מערכות פיננסיות מנוסה ומיומן להוביל את פיתוח והטמעת פתרונות פיננסיים, שירותיים וקמעונאיים חדשניים לדואר ישראל ולבנק הדואר. תפקיד זה כולל תרגום דרישות עסקיות לפתרונות טכנולוגיים, הובלת תהליכי עיצוב פתרונות והבטחת התאמת המערכות לצורכי היחידות העסקיות.

תחומי אחריות עיקריים

• הובלת פיתוח והטמעה: ניהול פיתוח ומימוש פתרונות בתחומים הפיננסיים, השירות והקמעונאות.
• הבנה של הדרישות העסקיות ותרגומן לפתרונות טכנולוגיים.
• הובלת תהליכי עיצוב הפתרונות.
• פיתוח מערכות והתאמתן לצורכי היחידות העסקיות.
• הקמת תשתיות טכנולוגיות מאפשרות, כולל תשתית אינטגרציה לשיתופי פעולה ויישום חדשנות.
• ייזום פרויקטים והובלת חדשנות טכנולוגית.
• עבודה בשיתוף פעולה עם היחידות העסקיות: הגדרת הדרישות העסקיות, תיעדופן ושילובן בתוכניות העבודה השנתיות והרבעוניות.
• ניהול פרויקטי יישום מקצה לקצה: מול מנהלי התחומים באגף מערכות מידע (באופן מטריציוני).
• ניהול מחזור חיי הפרויקטים: ניהול תהליכי הפיתוח, עבודה מול ספקים חיצוניים וניהול צוותי הפיתוח הפנימיים.
• תכנון וניהול מסעות לקוח: הובלת תהליכי שיפור ושינוי חוויית הלקוח.

• רקע עסקי ויכולת הבנה והגדרה של תהליכים עסקיים מורכבים.
• הבנה טכנולוגית מעמיקה בתחומי הפיננסים והקמעונאות.
• יכולת לבצע ניתוח ואפיון, אישור מסמכים טכניים ותרגום הדרישות העסקיות לדרישות טכנולוגיות.
• היכרות מעמיקה עם פתרונות בנקאיים, רגולציה, ניהול עו"ש, אשראי, העברות כספים, מט"ח, תשלומים מקוונים וקמעונאות.
• כישורי תקשורת מצוינים מול גורמים עסקיים בכירים ועמיתים באגף מערכות מידע.
• ניסיון בניהול תקציבים, תכניות עבודה וניהול פרויקטים בגישה מטריציונית.
• יכולת שיתוף פעולה עם היחידות העסקיות למתן פתרונות יצירתיים לצרכים דינמיים.
• כישורי ניהול המשלבים ראיה רחבה עם פתרון בעיות נקודתיות.
• ניסיון בניהול עבודה מול ספקים וצוותי פיתוח חיצוניים.
• שירותיות ויכולת הנעה רוחבית.
• מחויבות ומסירות.

ידע וניסיון קודם

• תואר ראשון במדעי המחשב, תעשיה וניהול או תחום רלוונטי אחר – חובה.
• ניסיון של 3 שנים לפחות בתפקידים דומים בארגונים פיננסיים או קמעונאיים גדולים, או 5 שנים לפחות בארגונים טכנולוגיים או פיננסיים/קמעונאיים קטנים – חובה.
• ניסיון בניהול פיתוח והטמעת פתרונות טכנולוגיים בתחומים פיננסיים: מערכות ליבה בנקאיות, סליקה בנקאית, העברות כספים, הלבנת הון, כרטיסי אשראי וכרטיסים נטענים – יתרון משמעותי.
• ניסיון בניהול פיתוח והטמעת פתרונות טכנולוגיים בתחום הקמעונאות עם דגש על POS, ניהול תורים QFLOW ותחנות קצה – יתרון משמעותי.
• ניסיון בניהול פיתוח והטמעת פתרונות טכנולוגיים במוקדי שירות ומערכות CRM, רצוי Salesforce  - יתרון משמעותי.
• היכרות עם עולם הבנקאות הפתוחה ואינטגרציה עם פינטקים – יתרון.
