Job Description:

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer with a passion for Generative AI, NLP, and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will work on developing and implementing LLM-based features, enhancing our NLP capabilities, and driving innovations in Generative AI. This role will focus on creating scalable AI solutions that solve real-world problems in the restaurant supply chain industry.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models, with a strong emphasis on LLM-based and Generative AI features.

• Fine-tune large language models for specific applications and optimize them for performance.

• Evaluate and benchmark AI models to ensure accuracy, robustness, and scalability, using both automated and manual testing methods.

• Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and leverage graph-based methods for knowledge representation and data integration.

• Build NLP pipelines to extract, transform, and load data for various applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into our products.

• Optimize ML models for performance and scalability.

• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI to propose and implement new technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Math.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying NLP and ML models.

• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, Keras, SpaCy, NLTK).

• Experience with AI service providers and platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Claude).

• Experience with building interactive AI applications using frameworks such as Streamlit, Gradio, or similar.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) for AI/ML deployment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with MLOps and model monitoring in production.
