Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate outsourced contractors, such as proofreaders, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality and timeline standards.
• Collaborate with content managers in the operations team to ensure alignment and smooth execution of content-related tasks.
• Review operational analytics and prepare insights to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Statistics, Economics, Statistics, Business, Industrial engineer etc
• Advanced professional English proficiency is required.
• Proficiency in an additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, etc.) is an advantage.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a drive to succeed.
• Analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret operational data.
• Proficiency in Google applications such as Slides, Sheets, and Docs is essential.
