Job Description:
Are you an energetic professional with excellent organizational skills and a passion for operational execution? We are seeking a driven Operations Junior Associate to support and enhance our day-to-day operations. If you have a strong eye for detail, a knack for data analysis, and a commitment to improving processes, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate outsourced contractors, such as proofreaders, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality and timeline standards.
- Collaborate with content managers in the operations team to ensure alignment and smooth execution of content-related tasks.
- Review operational analytics and prepare insights to support data-driven decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Statistics, Economics, Statistics, Business, Industrial engineer etc
- Advanced professional English proficiency is required.
- Proficiency in an additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, etc.) is an advantage.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a drive to succeed.
- Analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret operational data.
- Proficiency in Google applications such as Slides, Sheets, and Docs is essential.
