Position Overview:

We’re seeking a highly skilled Mid-Senior Product Designer specializing in design systems to join our dynamic team. We want to hear from you if you are passionate about building and evolving comprehensive design systems and have the expertise to ensure consistency across a complex product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design System Leadership: Develop, maintain, and enhance a robust design system that supports the entire product suite, ensuring consistency and scalability across all platforms.
• Figma Mastery: Own the Figma Design System files, including component libraries, and ensure they are up-to-date, well-documented, and accessible to the team.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate the design system into all stages of product development.
• Interface Design: Create intuitive, user-centered designs for various applications, ensuring a seamless experience across the platform.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly challenge and refine existing design concepts, leveraging user feedback and industry trends to enhance the design system.
• 3D Environment Innovation: Contribute to designing immersive experiences for 3D environments, integrating them into the overall design system.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years as a Product UI Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating design system work.
• Specialization: 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and managing design systems in a product-focused environment.
• Figma Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Figma, with at least 2 years of utilizing component libraries to streamline design processes.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Team Player: Strong teamwork skills, with the capability to work independently when necessary.
• Language Skills: Intermediate - Advanced level of English or higher.
• Innovation: Experience with AR/VR/MR/XR is a plus, particularly in integrating these technologies into a design system.
