Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Developer specializing in Node.js, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient server-side applications for our SaaS product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, leveraging the latest technologies and best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable server-side applications using Node.js for a SaaS environment.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring the product meets the demands of a growing user base.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into development processes.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in software development.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Node.js (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with modern technologies and frameworks such as Express.js, Nest.js, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining SaaS products.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React.js or Angular.
