BIM Engineer

A company in the field of Engineering and Technologies in Tel Aviv

is seeking a BIM and System Coordination Engineer

A technology engineering company is looking to add a Building Planner to

manage a team, who is interested in joining a small company with a family

atmosphere, warm and supportive team!

Responsibilities:

1. Establishing unified models created using Revit, Civil 3D, Open Roads

software.

2. Generating model control reports – QA.

3. Working as part of a team with other project departments: schedules,

budget, quality control, execution, etc.

Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Building/Civil Engineering/Architecture

 Master's degree - advantage

 Experience in system coordination and understanding of MEP - advantage

 Full proficiency in AutoCAD, at least 5 years of drafting experience -

mandatory!

 At least 5 years of experience in the planning world

 Experience working with ACC/BIM360 interface

 Previous experience with 3D software - advantage

 Knowledge and experience in design

 Proficiency and experience in reading drawings and plans

 Precision and attention to detail

 Ability to work independently

 Analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and dedication to the

role - mandatory!

 High proficiency in English - reading, speaking, writing

 Knowledge of Russian - advantage

 Ability to handle multiple tasks - mandatory!

 Very high interpersonal communication skills - mandatory!

 Excellent interpersonal relations and empathy - mandatory

 Creativity and broad vision

 Excellence in teamwork and brainstorming
