Full Stack Engineer

TraderTools, headquartered in New York, is a leading technology firm specializing in relationship-driven pricing and the effective management of pooled liquidity resources.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in backend/frontend programming languages and a solid understanding of Linux operating systems. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. The job requires working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop server-side logic, APIs, and databases using technologies like Node.js, TypeScript, Python, MongoDB.
• Develop user-facing features using React.
• Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive and dynamic interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in backend/frontend development.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Bash.
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with version control systems.
