Assistant Controller

BATM, a dual-listed company traded on both the London and Tel-Aviv stock exchanges, is a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our HQ finance department.

Our HQ finance team is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the group, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, and supporting the overall management of both the accounting and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Financial Statements according to IFRS and production of managerial reports

• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations

• Ownership of the monthly closing process and preparation of consolidated financial statements

• Review and monitor financial data from subsidiaries

• Support the annual budgeting process

• Prepare and maintain various reports to support business needs, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

• Implement and maintain various financial and operational controls

• identify opportunities to optimize processes and drive system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations

• Work closely with external auditors and authorities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working at one of the Big 4 accounting firms

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Based in Hod Hasharon, Israel
