Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Moked Emun מוקד אמון in Or Yehuda. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill security, patrol, monitoring, and maintenance positions. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is required
• Previous experience in security or related industry is a plus
