Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research and data analysis focused on capital markets and stock exchange trends.

• Monitor local and global economic news daily, identifying key market trends.

• Collect and analyze statistical data related to the stock exchange and capital markets.

• Write in-depth studies, articles, and periodic reviews (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly).

• Participate in professional projects and provide support across departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).

• 2+ years of experience in macroeconomic research or stock market analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and translate them into impactful research.

• In-depth knowledge of capital markets, stock exchange activity, and trading systems.

• Experience with statistical processing software (advantageous).

• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (verbal and written).

• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to create compelling presentations.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.

• Willingness to work beyond regular hours when needed.
