We are hiring a Controller & FP&A Analyst

The essential responsibilities of this position are the following:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS GAAP .
• Generate and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Build annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the month-end quarterly and year-end closing processes.
• Perform financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in the development of financial models for strategic planning.
• Manage the procurement in the company- monitor, negotiate and help optimize the purchase process
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• A Big 4 Graduate in the high tech sector with around 3-4 years of experience and/ or FP&A analysts with 3-4 years of experience
• Certified CPA
• Excellent English (both oral and written)
• Strong understanding of IFRS.
• Priority - advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Service oriented with a positive can-do approach
