Role Overview

They are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to join a dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital health products that will impact millions of lives. You will be responsible for guiding the development of products from conception through launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet the needs of patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision - Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and market needs. Identify market opportunities and customer pain points to guide product development.
• Roadmap Development - Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap. Ensure alignment with business objectives and adapt the roadmap as needed based on market feedback and changing priorities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality products. Ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams involved in product development.
• Customer-Centric Focus - Engage with customers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to gather insights and feedback. Use this information to inform product features, user experience improvements, and future product development.
• Product Lifecycle Management - Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration. Ensure successful delivery of products that meet quality standards and user expectations.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential threats or opportunities for our products.
• Data-Driven Decision Making - Leverage data and analytics to drive product decisions. Monitor product performance and user engagement to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Regulatory & Compliance - Ensure that all products comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards. Work closely with regulatory and legal teams to navigate the complexities of the digital health landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience - 3-5+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital health, healthcare technology, or a related field.
• Education - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Healthcare). An advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) is a plus.
• Technical Expertise - Strong understanding of software development processes, data analytics, and user experience design. Ability to work effectively with engineering and design teams.
• Healthcare Knowledge - Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, clinical workflows, and patient-centric design principles.
• Leadership - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to launch. Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Analytical Skills - Ability to synthesize complex data and insights to inform product decisions. Experience with product analytics tools is a plus.
• Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements to stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-Solving - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that address real-world healthcare challenges.
• Agility - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs
