Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Innovative Mental Health Startup

We are seeking an experienced and visionary technology leader to join our founding team as a partner and CTO. We are building an innovative digital platform designed to provide emotional support and promote mental health by connecting individuals in need with skilled volunteers and professionals.

## Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of the digital platform, including mobile applications and website

- Design and manage an intelligent matching system between support seekers and volunteers/therapists

- Develop advanced security and privacy systems to protect sensitive user information

- Create monitoring and analytics tools to improve user experience and support quality

- Implement AI technologies to enhance communication and support within the platform

- Build and manage a skilled and diverse development team

## Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of software development experience, including at least 1 years in senior technology management roles

- Deep knowledge of mobile application development (iOS and Android) and web development

- Experience with cloud technologies and scalable architecture

- Thorough understanding of information security and privacy, especially in the context of sensitive medical data

- Experience in developing real-time communication systems

- Advantage for previous experience in developing platforms in the health or mental health field

- Excellent leadership, communication, and empathy skills

- Passion for technological innovation and improving mental health on a global scale

תחומי אחריות עיקריים:

• הובלת פיתוח הפלטפורמה הדיגיטלית, כולל אפליקציות מובייל ואתר אינטרנט
• תכנון וניהול מערכת התאמה חכמה בין מבקשי תמיכה למתנדבים ומטפלים
• פיתוח מערכות אבטחה ופרטיות מתקדמות להגנה על מידע רגיש של משתמשים
• יצירת כלים לניטור ואנליטיקה לשיפור חווית המשתמש ואיכות התמיכה
• הטמעת טכנולוגיות AI לשיפור התקשורת והתמיכה בפלטפורמה
• בניה וניהול של צוות פיתוח מיומן ומגוון

דרישות:

• ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בפיתוח תוכנה, מתוכן 1 שנים לפחות בתפקידי ניהול טכנולוגי בכיר
• ידע מעמיק בפיתוח אפליקציות מובייל (iOS ו-Android) ופיתוח web
• ניסיון בעבודה עם טכנולוגיות ענן ו-scalable architecture
• הבנה מעמיקה בתחומי אבטחת מידע ופרטיות, במיוחד בהקשר של מידע רפואי רגיש
