Proposals and Product Operations Manager

For a leading company specializing in the development of multidisciplinary systems, and we are looking for a talented Proposals and Product Operations Manager to join our team. This role involves leading the proposal management process, overseeing product operations, and ensuring our offerings align with client needs and company goals.

Responsibilities

Proposal Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to develop and implement winning proposal strategies. Leverage insights from past opportunities to stay competitive, and ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.

Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with sales, marketing, product management, R&D, operations, finance, and other departments to gather necessary information. Keep senior management and stakeholders updated on proposal progress.

Process & Quality Management: Manage the entire proposal process, including planning, content creation, and quality assurance. Implement best practices and automation tools to improve efficiency and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Product Operations: Oversee product discontinuation processes, collect and analyze customer feedback, and integrate insights into product development and proposal strategies. Introduce automation tools to streamline operations and reduce manual workloads.

Demonstration Management: Manage the company’s demonstration team, ensuring that all presentations are aligned with client expectations and company standards.

Resource & Escalation Management: Handle escalations within the company to ensure on-time delivery of proposals and manage proposal resources to meet schedules effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in proposal management or a similar role

Strong project management and organizational skills

Minimum 5 years of business-oriented sales support experience

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Bachelor’s Degree

Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew

Proficiency in proposal management
