Position: Development Team Lead

💼 Employment: Full-time (40% hands-on)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Fullstack developers and a QA tester
• Assign tasks, prioritize, and monitor team activities
• Collaborate with project managers, system analysts, and other teams
• Ensure deliverables' quality, timelines, and project scopes
• Report to the Integration Domain Manager and manage escalations
• Work with architects on POCs for new technologies

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field – Mandatory
• 3+ years of experience managing a development team
• 5+ years of experience with .NET, C#, and JavaScript
• Experience in Client and Server-side development, databases (SQL), REST APIs, Micro-Services – Mandatory
• Familiarity with Agile, secure development, cloud development, Open Source, and Low Code – Advantage
• Flexible working hours and strong service orientation
