Position: Development Team Lead
💼 Employment: Full-time (40% hands-on)
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Fullstack developers and a QA tester
- Assign tasks, prioritize, and monitor team activities
- Collaborate with project managers, system analysts, and other teams
- Ensure deliverables' quality, timelines, and project scopes
- Report to the Integration Domain Manager and manage escalations
- Work with architects on POCs for new technologies
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field – Mandatory
- 3+ years of experience managing a development team
- 5+ years of experience with .NET, C#, and JavaScript
- Experience in Client and Server-side development, databases (SQL), REST APIs, Micro-Services – Mandatory
- Familiarity with Agile, secure development, cloud development, Open Source, and Low Code – Advantage
- Flexible working hours and strong service orientation
