Quality Control Lead

A leading defense company in the South is looking for Quality Engineering Manager

description:

Quality engineering team management (3-5 engineers)

Direct responsibility for managing the quality indicators in the organization and presenting them to the management of the organization.

Responsibility for analyzing statistical production and quality data, including drawing lessons and conclusions.

Responsibility for the MRB and FAI process

Responsibility for performing failure analyzes with the production, production engineering and engineering departments.

Responsibility for responding to customer complaints, conducting customer complaint investigations and presenting them.

Monitoring the execution and implementation of preventive corrective activities.

Responsibility for handling regulatory issues with the company's clients, including the IDF.

Leading programs to improve quality indicators in the organization's departments.

Responsibility for managing supplier quality indicators in Israel and abroad.

Performing internal inspections and periodic supplier inspections.

Partner of engineering committees (ECO, CDR, PDR)

A relevant engineering degree.

Fluent English.

CQE certificate or equivalent - an advantage.

Full control of Office (Excel Power Point at a very high level).

Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time and withstand high work pressure.

Willingness to work hard including overtime.

Background in engineering statistics (6 Sigma) + LEAN - an advantage.
