What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our finance team and support daily financial operations and monthly closing process (part time position at 60%).

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Conduct reconciliations of the company's bank account and credit card activities.
• Process, verify and reconcile AP invoices, including preparing and managing month-end and mid-month payments cycles.
• Report VAT and vendor tax withholding to Israeli authorities.
• Preparation of payroll and related reports, including governmental & regulatory filings.
• Assist with financial report preparation, audit and quarterly closing process as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Certified bookkeeper (Level 3)
• Minimum 3 years of experience within a Hi-Tech or multi-national company
• Experience with US companies
• Experience with tax compliance (including VAT, Nikuim, Odfot, etc.)
• Full proficiency in Priority software
• High-level English (both spoken and written)
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal capabilities, and teamwork
• Well-organized with high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a complex, global, and dynamic environment
• Experience with implementation of accounting tools - an advantage
