Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager (CMO) for a leading tech school

We are looking for an experienced, sharp, successful, pro-active and leads-oriented Marketing Manager who will lead our 360-degrees leads-oriented marketing efforts for Israeli audiences. This role involves strategy, planning, and executing various marketing initiatives, including:

- Paid campaigns and other lead sources 

- Social Media activities on various platforms

- Marketing assets including websites, copy, design and videos

- Competitive Positioning and Branding

- Public Relations (PR)

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand awareness and student enrollment.

- Create and manage content for social media, website, email, and other digital platforms.

- Analyze market trends and competitors to position our school effectively in the market.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

- Manage PR efforts, including press releases, media relations, and event coordination.

- Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong background in 360-degree responsibility.

- Significant experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

- At least 4 years of experience in leads-oriented digital marketing, social media, branding, and PR.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to make-things-happen quickly to decisively
