We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of our product initiatives, from concept to launch. You'll drive innovation, manage strategic features, and steer projects through every phase, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

What’s the Job?

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, understand competitor strategies, and uncover opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
• Define product requirements, features, and priorities and effectively communicate them to development teams.
• Gather input from stakeholders and work closely with them to define requirements.
• Oversee the entire project management process, including planning and managing sprints, setting timelines, and coordinating with development and QA teams.
• Ensure that all product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements.
• Optimize UX/UI design elements to enhance user engagement and improve conversion rates, using data-driven insights and A/B testing for maximum performance impact.
• Take advantage of new opportunities in the industry to innovate for our partners, managing projects from ideation through to fruition.
• Measure adoption and business results from product & feature launches.

What will you bring?

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Self-motivated with a solid understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from initial market research and ideation through development, implementation, and delivery.
• Experience with API integrations and developing or managing products in marketing technology, social media, or marketing automation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, building relationships, and working effectively as a team player across diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, driving product strategy and execution.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms, web analytics, and tag management systems - Advantage
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering or other technical disciplines.
