What You'll Do

• Monitor project progress against the plan, using tools like Gantt charts, dashboards, and status reports, experience working with Asana/ Monday, Excel/Google sheet applications
• Design and allocate office space to meet the needs of the organization, create floor plans and manage seating arrangements, ensure efficient use of office space to maximize productivity
• Manage budgets for office operations and projects, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Working with various stakeholders: procurement, finance and global operations
• Data Analysis of All Operational Services- Usage Statistics, Efficiency, optimization (shuttles, meals & refreshments, Breakfast buffet, Parking, office attendance)
  
  

What You Have

• Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to organize resources, tasks, and schedules effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Data Driven - experience using analytics for informed decision-making space and experience working with workspace tools (Asana/ monday, office space)
• Experience managing budgets and negotiate contracts with suppliers
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
• Experience working with office management software
