POP- Product Domain Team Leader

As part of the Product Management team in PlayStudios Israel, you will manage the Games domain in the product department. You will play the main role in creating a one of its kind real-time multiplayer game, played by hundreds of thousands of players a day

Each Product Manager in the company owns a different area of the product, together with a dedicated multifunctional team of Developers, Artists, Designers, and Data Scientists.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and strategy
• Manage the roadmap creation and execution.
• Manage the product team, including setting goals and objectives, providing guidance and mentorship, and evaluating performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical tools and support.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to continuously improve and optimize the product.
• Hands-on work - Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and working closely with the engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products.
  
  

• 3+ years B2C product management experience, with a track record of delivering successful products.
• 2+ years of experience as a manager of employees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize key issues and opportunities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing.
  
  

• A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
