Join a growing B2C gaming startup based in Tel Aviv as an Affiliate Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, negotiate terms, and oversee the onboarding process.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to drive mutual growth.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to develop customized promotional materials.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to discover new opportunities and stay competitive.
• Oversee affiliates' billing on a regular basis, prepare detailed performance reports, analyze data, and project revenue opportunities.
• Conduct routine audits of affiliate sites to ensure quality, compliance, and address underperforming campaigns.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on implementing actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for managing and expanding affiliate relationships in a competitive market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large-scale data analysis.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (required).
• Familiarity with Looker, BigQuery, and SQL is a plus.
• Experience with MyAffiliate is an advantage.
• Proven ability to multitask, analyze, and solve problems efficiently.
• Established connections with affiliates and media networks are highly desirable.
