What is this opportunity?

We are seeking a visionary leader to manage a multidisciplinary team focused on propelling our main product to new heights. The Manager of the Documentation Team will lead a diverse team including back-end, front-end, full-stack developers, data scientists, data analysts, QA engineers, and even psychologists. This team is part of the Solutions group and works collaboratively with other teams. This strategic team drives innovation at the intersection of technology and behavioral care, ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving landscape.

How will you contribute?

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team responsible for enhancing our flagship product
• Drive strategic initiatives that integrate AI, data science, and behavioral insights to deliver innovative solutions
• Foster a strong development culture that promotes growth, collaboration, and excellence
• Identify emerging market needs and trends to position the product as a market leader
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, enabling growth and skill development across disciplines
• Champion initiatives that extend Eleos' presence in the community through contributions to open-source, participation in community projects, thought leadership at conferences, and fostering new communities
  
  

• 6+ years of proven experience in leading large, multidisciplinary teams
• Background in AI, data science, or related fields, with a deep understanding of market needs and technology applications
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and translate vision into action
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A track record of innovation and creativity in solving complex problems
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, particularly within startups
  
  

• Background in behavioral health industry or similar fields
• Experience with product management or development in AI-driven environments
• Previous experience in developer or architecture roles
• Experience in building and nurturing tech communities, actively contributing to open-source projects, and driving engagement through collaborative initiatives
